All to get rid of the gut

Baking is doing nothing what-so-ever for my weight struggle, and the lack of exercise I have been doing is helping even less. I can't have my cake and eat it too if I am just going to sit on my butt. So I am starting over (again).

I am probably going to go ahead and load up a bunch of music onto my phone as my ipod was stolen late last year ( :( ), hopefully there is a way to work in the app with the music I play?

I tend to just listen to music I enjoy when I run, rather than focusing too much on a beat, I find it easier to 'loose myself' in the run that way! Upbeat music is absolutely the way for me to go, so I think I will go with

I find all of the above really fun songs to listen to and any way I can make running easier can only be a good thing.

Couch to 5k: Day 1

I spent the evening at work and my gosh it was difficult to stay of track, but I guess that is to be expected with a 'pick and mix' stand starring at you all night long. But despite that I managed to finish the day 5 calories under my goal. Bring on tomorrow! (she says optimistically).
